Tales of Everyday Craziness

Award-winning journalist and documentary filmmaker Jon Ronson is fascinated by the irrational. He has exposed the outright lunacy of some of the world’s most powerful people in his two best-sellers Adventures with Extremists and The Men who Stare at Goats (soon to be an all star cast Hollywood movie). His hilarious new book What I do: More True Tales of Everyday Craziness is a collection of surreal and perturbing stories which reveal both his personal paranoia and the insanity at play in the wider world.

Nobody is more capable to make us laugh about our obsessions and neuroses. And he might even tell us about the explosive interview that made him miss JBW 08...

So sit tight and be prepared for wild eccentricies and stories that are too weird to be invented.

Visit his website.

Unfortunately Alberto Manguel has had to cancel his visit to the UK but you will be able to read the text of his conference in The Guardian on the 21 February.
