Benjamin Markovits
Benjamin Markovits' novel, The
Syme papers,is about genius and failure,
and the possibilities and pitfalls of discovery.
In this session, to mark the launch of The Syme Papers, Benjamin read from his book and discussed
the genesis of it with the audience.
Benjamin Markovits,
originally from Texas,
he now lives in London
and writes for the London Review of Books and the Times Literary
Supplement. The Syme Papers is his first
novel.
