Up Front: The Rebecca Front and Jeremy Front Hour
Bafta award-winning actor, Rebecca Front, and her script-writer and director brother, Jeremy Front, with whom she co-writes and performs Incredible Women, need no introduction. They present a JBW-exclusive of the pilot of their new comedy series Jack and Millie. They have further new material for you and one or two other tricks up their sleeves, followed by a Q&A.
Jeremy Front is an award winning writer, performer and broadcaster. He studied Painting at Goldsmith’s, University of London and Central St. Martin’s School of Art. His first feature length screenplay was shortlisted for the Oxford Film Foundation Prize. First theatre pieces were musical/sketch revues, co-written with his sister, Rebecca Front and four monologues for women for the RSC’s New Writing Season and staged at The Other Place, Stratford. Jeremy has written extensively for radio and television moving between original and adaptations in both drama and comedy departments. More recently he has crossed from behind the desk, acting in the Incredible Women series.
Rebecca Front is a BAFTA-winning actress and writer. She is best known for her work in numerous British comedy shows such as The Thick of It, The Day Today, Knowing Me, Knowing You… with Alan Partridge, Nighty Night and Lewis. She has also written extensively for publications including the Guardian and she and her brother Jeremy write and star in BBC Radio 4's Incredible Women. She read English at St. Hugh's College, Oxford, and was the first female president of the Oxford Revue. Her first book Curious is published by Weidenfeld & Nicolson.
